License Key Not Received
If you purchased BuhoBarX but haven’t received your license key, please follow this guide to understand the possible causes and solutions.
Why Didn’t I Receive a License Key After Purchasing BuhoBarX?
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Normally, after a successful payment, you’ll receive an email from Paddle containing your license key. However, there are a few possible reasons why you might not have received it:
- There was a temporary technical issue with Paddle.
- You entered an incorrect email address during checkout.
- Your payment didn’t go through successfully.
- Your email provider blocked the message from Paddle, or it was filtered into your Spam or Junk folder.
How to Resolve This Issue
Please first make sure your payment was completed successfully. Then, contact us at support@drbuho.com — don’t forget to include a screenshot of your transaction.
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and send your license key directly.
