Activating BuhoUnlocker

Click the activate icon on the top right corner of the BuhoUnlocker app.
- Paste your activation code into the box and click the Activate button.

If you don't have an activation code yet, click the purchase icon in the app to open our Buy page, select your plan and complete payment, you will receive an email from MyCommerce with your activation code.

How to Uninstall BuhoUnlocker on Mac
It's easy to uninstall BuhoUnlocker from your Mac. Here's how:
Quit BuhoUnlocker.
Open Finder > Applications.
Locate BuhoUnlocker and drag it to your Trash.
Or, you can download and install BuhoCleaner to your Mac, then use App Uninstall feature to completely remove BuhoUnlocker from your computer.
How to Uninstall BuhoUnlocker on PC
If you no longer need BuhoUnlocker, follow the steps below to uninstall it from your Windows PC.
Click the search icon next to the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen.
Search Control Panel, and you will see all Control Panel items.
Click Programs and Features and find BuhoUnlocker.

Unlock Screen Passcode
Screen passcode is a security feature that protects your iPhones and iPads from prying eyes. If you ever set a passcode on your iOS device but forgot it, BuhoUnlocker can help you unlock your device passcode so you can regain access to it.
Step 1: Select Unlock Screen Passcode
- Download BuhoUnlocker from our official website. Install the software on your computer following the provided instructions.
- Launch BuhoUnlocker and click Unlock Screen Passcode from its home screen.
Step 2: Connect device to computer
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer using an original or Apple-certified USB cable.
If previously your device has been connected to this computer, and has confirmed by the Trust This Computer popup, you can move to the next step.
Otherwise, if it's the first time connecting to this computer, you'll need to put your device into Recovery Mode by following the instructions:
- Read and acknowledge the disclaimer before clicking the Start button.
- Unlocking passcode with our BuhoUnlocker will erase all content and settings on your device. If you ever created a backup of your iPhone, you can restore the files from the backup later.
- Your device will update to the latest iOS version after passcode unlocking.
- If Find My is enabled, you'll need to sign in with your Apple ID to set up the device after unlocking.
- To prevent your device from rebooting failures, please make sure the battery is above 20%.
- BuhoUnlocker is for helping individual users unlock their forgotten passwords. It is for personal use only. Any commercial, illegal, or other misuse of BuhoUnlocker is strictly forbidden.
- Anyone using this service must be in compliance with the local laws. You should agree not to conduct any illegal activities with BuhoUnlocker.
- By continuing to use the Service, you agree that BuhoUnlocker has no obligation to any equipment issues or legal disputes.
Step 3: Download firmware
- Click the Download button to download the latest iOS firmware that's prepared for your device (If you have already downloaded firmware, click Import Local Firmware to manually select your firmware).
- After that, you'll see the iOS/iPadOS device firmware downloading progress.
- Please keep your device connected and DO NOT quit BuhoUnlocker during the downloading process.
- The firmware downloading speed depends on your network performance. It's suggested to do the downloading in a network stable environment.
Step 4: Start To Unlock Screen Passcode
- Wait for the downloading process to complete. When finished, click Start Unlock.
- Again, please note that the iOS on this device will be updated to the latest version after unlocking.
- The screen lock unlocking process will erase all content and data on this device.
- The restoring process may be a bit long, please be patient.
- Please keep your device connected and DO NOT quit BuhoUnlocker during the whole process.
- After the restoration is completed, you can click Completed to get back to the BuhoUnlocker home screen.
- After unlocking the screen passcode from this device, it will restart and you can use it as normal after restarting.
- The content on this device will be erased after the unlocking process. You can get your data back by restoring it from iCloud/iTunes backup.
Remove Apple ID
Apple ID is the account that you can use to access Apple services like App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. If you lose your Apple ID passcode or are unable to sign in your Apple account, BuhoUnlocker can help you remove Apple ID from your device.
Step 1: Select Remove Apple ID

Step 3: Turn off Find My
If your Find My feature is turned on, follow the onscreen instructions to turn it off.
Step 4: Start to Remove Apple ID
- Read and acknowledge the disclaimer before clicking the Start button.
If the screen passcode of your device is turned off, please set up the passcode for this device before continuing.
- It's unable to remove Apple ID if Find My iPhone/iPad is turned on.
- Removing Apple ID will not update iOS.
- This will keep your device data to the greatest extent. For these iCloud-related data, you can regain them by syncing from iCloud.

- Wait for the removal process to complete. When finished, click Completed.
After removing the Apple ID from this device, it will restart and you can use it as normal after restarting.

- Currently we don't support removing MDM if the Find My option is enabled. Please turn it off manually before starting.
- Removing MDM will not update the iOS version.
- This will keep your device data to the greatest extent.
- After removing MDM, please don't choose the Restore from iCloud Backup option from the App & Data screen. Otherwise, your device would get locked up again by MDM.
- Don't reset/update your device after removing MDM, otherwise, it will show up again. And you'll need to redo the MDM removal.
- To prevent your device from rebooting failure, please make sure the battery is about 20%.

How to Update iTunes

Update iTunes on macOS High Sierra and Earlier

- Open the Mac App Store.
- Select the Updates tab.
- Click the Update button along with iTunes.

- Open iTunes.
