I Tested Passixer iPhone Unlocker, and Here Are My Findings

As a tech enthusiast, I like testing different innovative features and toolkits. Recently, I found an iPhone Unlocker, namely Passixer iPhone Unlocker. It claims to unlock both your own iPhone and a second-hand device.

Unlock iPhone Screen Passcode

Bypass iCloud Activation Lock

When I got a second-hand iPhone, I was also bothered by the iCloud Activation Lock. This happened when I tried to set it up. But finally it ended up with an iCloud Activation lock screen.

I need to enter the previous owner’s Apple ID and password to get it through. However, the seller admitted that they couldn’t get the credentials, so here came Passixer.

On the home page, I clicked on the Bypass iCloud Activation Lock mode.

Remove MDM Profile

Next, I wanted to see how it worked on an iPad that was restricted by an MDM profile. It claims that it can remove the MDM profile, whether the device is stuck on the MDM lock screen or functioning normally.

After launching Passixer and connecting my iPad to the computer, I clicked on the Remove MDM option.

Here came two options: “Stuck on MDM Lock Screen” and “Work Properly”. As my iPad worked properly as usual, I chose the corresponding option.

I didn’t turn off the FMI feature, but luckily, it provided instructions to help me disable the FMI feature. And then it started to remove the MDM profile.

Both options support permanently removing MDM restrictions and, more importantly, they won’t cause data loss.

Unlock Screen Time Passcode

Another essential feature is to remove the Screen Time passcode. I set up a Screen Time passcode on my iPhone and connected it to my computer,

On the main interface of Passixer, I clicked on the “Screen Time” button. As my device was running iOS 12, the software automatically removed the passcode.

For devices running iOS 11 and earlier, they’ll see the passcode on the screen.

No matter which iOS version your iPhone is running, it won’t cause any data loss.

Remove SIM Lock

Finally, I wanted to test how it could unlock the SIM card when I forgot the PUK code, though this feature wasn’t commonly used like other features.

However, it helped a lot when I was travelling in a different country and wanted to switch carriers. I clicked on the Remove SIM Lock option and read the notes.

As I’ve jailbroke my iPhone, I clicked the Next button to proceed. Then it displayed my device and SIM card information, such as device model, IMEI, Serial number, etc.

After confirming the details, I followed the steps to remove the SIM card, turn off the network, and insert my SIM card back. After several minutes, the SIM lock was removed.
